We advise clients through every stage of the transaction lifecycle, including structuring and negotiating loan documents, conducting due diligence, reviewing title and survey matters, coordinating closing deliverables, and resolving intercreditor and collateral issues. In addition to traditional financing matters, we regularly handle preferred equity investments, joint venture financing structures and loan assumptions and modifications.
